Our school community enjoyed a fantastic Sports Carnival held across three action-packed days: Thursday 7 May, Friday 8 May, and Thursday 4 June. Students from all year levels participated with enthusiasm, representing their houses—Evans, Rudd, and Nelson—with great pride and sportsmanship.
The carnival featured a wide range of events. Students from Prep to Year 6 competed in the ever-popular sprint races, showcasing their speed and determination. For students in Years 3 to 6, the program expanded to include relays, shotput, high jump, long jump, as well as the 200 m and 800 m races, giving everyone the opportunity to demonstrate their athletic skills across different disciplines.
Throughout the carnival, students supported one another, displayed teamwork, and celebrated both effort and achievement. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, encouragement, and house spirit.
At the conclusion of the events, congratulations go to Nelson House, who proudly claimed the overall House Trophy.
Well done to all students for their participation and effort, and thank you to staff and volunteers who helped make the carnival such a success.
